La FAS gene provides instructions for making a protein that is involved in cell signaling. Three FAS proteins group together to form a structure called a trimer, which then interacts with other molecules to perform its signaling function. This signaling initiates a process called a caspase cascade. The caspase cascade is a series of steps that results in the self-destruction of cells (apoptosis) when they are not needed.

Cancer du sein
About 48,000 cases occur in the UK each year. Most develop in women over the age of 50 but younger women are sometimes affected. Breast cancer develops from a cancerous (malignant) cell which develops in the lining of a duct or lobule in one of the breasts. Breast cancer can also develop in men, although this is much less common than breast cancer.

La les réponses immunitaires system is made up of non-specialised defences such as your skin (acting as a barrier) and strong acid stomach juices. These defences are special white blood cells called lymphocytes. Other.
