Deviled Ham

This classic devilled ham spread is a versatile addition to your culinary repertoire, offering a savoury and slightly spicy kick that elevates a simple lunch. By combining quality ham with creamy textures and a touch of heat, you create a rich pâté-like consistency that is far superior to shop-bought versions. The inclusion of fresh parsley and spring onions provides a bright, herbaceous lift that balances the saltiness of the meat beautifully.

As a high-protein option, this dish is ideal for those seeking a satisfying snack or a filling sandwich topper. It works equally well when served as a sophisticated appetiser on toasted sourdough or as a dip alongside crunchy crudités. For the best results, use a premium honey-roast or smoked ham to ensure a deep, complex flavour profile that will impress your guests.
