15 ml cider vinegar
5 ml Dijon mustard
5 ml chopped thyme
1 small garlic clove, minced
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
1,125 g romano beans, trimmed
How to make Flat beans with mustard thyme vinaigrette
Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, thyme, garlic, and ½ tsp each of salt and pepper in a bowl. Then, slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking until well blended.
